AGENCY OWNER - PERSONAL FINANCIAL REPRESENTATIVE

My roots to Colorado run deep as a 4th generation native. I grew up in Littleton, went to Columbine High School (now a few blocks away from my office in Littleton) and after graduating attended Colorado State University. I love Colorado, the people, the lifestyle, and its history and it is a privilege to be a part of this community. We sponsor and volunteer with several local nonprofit organizations including Colorado Humane Society and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, and also sponsor local high school sports. I am passionate about playing an active role in the community and giving back.

Chris is a Colorado Native and veteran of the insurance and financial industry. As an agent for 37 years representing Allstate he is experienced in nearly every facet of home and auto insurance. If it has happened before, he has seen it. Aside from consulting and coaching/training in the agency Chris is an Ace with claims, policy reviews, and is extremely well versed with trends within our state and industry.

Caitlin's excellent communication skills and unmatched work ethic have given customers the upmost confidence in handling their needs and informing them on a personal basis. With over 17 years of home and auto insurance experience, Gail is the AIS Team’s go-to for policies, claims, and everything in between. As our Review Specialist, she takes pride in making sure you have the right coverage and premium combination to protect your most valuable assets. Whether it’s answering a quick question about your car insurance or reviewing your home policy in detail, Gail’s depth of knowledge and care give clients complete peace of mind. Known as our walking insurance encyclopedia, she’s always ready to help.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/OFFICE ADMIN

Jessica provides top-tier customer service for home, auto, and other insurances as a part-time agency staff member. Mornings, she directs plays and teaches acting through her business, Drama In Progress, where she’s been a Professional Teaching Artist for over 20 years.

She and her new husband share a busy home with three teenagers, multiple pets, and dreams of a bigger house. Jessica loves books, strong coffee, and traveling to France, where she plans to relocate to Grenoble once her youngest graduates, while her husband snowboards the Alps.

SALES LEADER

Jun spent 26 years operating his own business in Virginia. His focus has always been providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships. When he moved to Colorado to be closer to family, it was only natural that he gravitate towards an agency that matches his values and truly cares about their customers. In his free time, Jun enjoys skiing and golf. He has a Goldendoodle named Monty who has enough energy for three dogs.

Reuben builds client relationships based on honest communication and respect while working to ensure assets, future plans and loved ones are protected. He has lived in Colorado since 1997, residing first in Colorado Springs and later moving to the Denver metro area in 2011. In his free time, Reuben spends time golfing with his wife, plays guitar, goes mountain biking with his son, hikes, and visits his wife's family in Pueblo.

Connor Hicks is a lifelong Denver metro resident, studied at CU Denver and has a diverse professional background spanning hospitality, franchise development, law and startup operations. With years of experience in sales and leadership roles, Connor brings a customer-first mindset and a strong understanding of both individual and business needs to the insurance world. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors and catching a great movie.

Zack is a dedicated customer service/inside sales representative at Advanced Insurance Solutions. Zack was raised in Atlanta, Georgia and grew up with his twin sister by his side. He later graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in finance. Zack is dedicated to his passions which include the ocean, our beautiful Colorado mountains, and sports. Zack is also a licensed scuba diving instructor on top of being a licensed insurance producer. Zack is thrilled to be able to help you with your insurance needs and questions.
